These Terms of Service apply to the use of https://wearkin.in and purchases made from KIN.

KIN is operated by Mohammed Ajsal T P. By accessing the website, submitting information or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service and the policies published on the website.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

Customers must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. A person placing an order on behalf of a minor must be the minor’s parent or lawful guardian or have appropriate authority.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

KIN makes reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, measurements, images and prices accurately.

Actual colours may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Garment measurements may have minor manufacturing variations. Customers should review the product description and size guide before ordering.

Features such as neon, reflective, glow or colour-reactive effects may appear differently depending on lighting conditions and the environment.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

KIN may correct pricing, product or promotional errors. If an error affects an order, KIN may contact the customer, cancel the order and refund any eligible payment.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable locations.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after it has been confirmed and processed by KIN.

KIN may refuse or cancel an order because of product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect information, delivery limitations or another lawful operational reason.

Customers must provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

  1. SHIPPING, CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE

Shipping, delivery, cancellation, size exchange and refund matters are governed by KIN’s published:

• Order Cancellation Policy
• Return, Refund and Size Exchange Policy

These policies form part of these Terms of Service.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may have separate conditions and expiry dates.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Offers cannot be combined.
• A discount cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
• KIN may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by an error, misuse or fraud.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The KIN name, logos, artwork, product designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics and website content belong to KIN or are used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold or used commercially without prior written permission from KIN.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

Customers and visitors must not:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the website, checkout or security systems.
• Upload malicious code or harmful material.
• Use false information or another person’s payment details without authority.
• Copy or exploit website content without permission.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, Razorpay, courier providers, social-media platforms and analytics services.

KIN is not responsible for an unrelated third party’s independent website, content or privacy practices. The customer’s use of those services may also be governed by the third party’s terms.

  1. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KIN will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website interruptions, courier delays, third-party service failures or events outside KIN’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, without limiting any forum or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

KIN may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the website with the revised date. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen under an accepted order.
